HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE SITE?
When clicking the Add to bag button on a product page you will have the option to make an account with us or continue as a guest. We recommend you check our Terms & Conditions before you start shopping.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We use Paypal who in turn accepts all major credit cards. You don’t need to have an account with PayPal – you can check out as a guest where you submit your credit card information inside PayPal’s secure environment only for the transaction at hand.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE GARMENT WILL FIT ME?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All the items shown on the site’s shop are in stock. Please note that putting an item in your basket does not reserve it for you and can still be bought at any time.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
You will receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox and when payment has been received, we will ship your item to you.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Payment is taken immediately using Paypal. If there is any cancellation before processing your order, we will refund you using your original payment method. Please make sure payment is completed within 2 days or your order will be cancelled.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated on the size and weight of the box, as well as where it is being shipped to. Your final shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process & will be displayed before final order confirmation. Find more information in our Shipping & Returns page.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION YET – WHERE IS MY ORDER?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped. All orders are provided with a tracking number to follow your orders journey towards you. If your package seems stuck at any stage of the way you may want to contact your local Postal services with your tracking number for further information.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it as long as it is in it’s original condition & packaging. For more information about our returns policy please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Absolutely! Every order comes neatly wrapped and ready for giving, but feel free to let us know if you are ordering something as a gift. We can ship the package to the recipient’s address directly & send the invoice only to your email instead of including it inside.
