All packages sent within Greece are sent via Geniki Taxydromiki courier Service or the Box Now locker network.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-5 business days of payment. (excluding weekends, strikes, public holidays etc.)
AVERAGE DELIVERY TIMES after dispatch is 1-3 business days within Greece.
+ We offer FREE SHIPPING in Greece for all orders over 250€.
■ All items on an order ticket are combined into one package heading to the provided shipping address. If you wish otherwise you need to make separate orders or contact us before purchasing.
■ Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
■ If you choose the Box Now delivery option please leave a note with the desired Box Now locker – otherwise we will choose the nearest available to the shipping adress.
■ Please allow for extra time during peak seasons like Christmas & holidays, during which all postal services are very busy!

+ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All packages are sent as ‘REGISTERED POST’ via Hellenic Post providing a tracking number unless you opt for the courier service delivery option.

+ Expedited shipping internationally is available through courier service. We may need to be in contact with you for additional information required by the service so please leave a working email during checkout.

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
■ You may return one or more items of your latest order within 14 days of the delivery date without stating any reason. Note that all shipping return costs are to be paid solely by the costumer. In such a case you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value.
■ Returning items must be shipped providing a tracking number to ensure their safe delivery.
■ All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached, in their original undamaged packaging. We cannot accept any items that are damaged, worn, washed or soiled and a refund will be refused.
■ All products are quality checked and handled carefully to ensure the best condition.
■ If we are at direct fault of the reason why you are returning an item (wrong item or size, faulty items etc.) contact us immediately & we will replace the item where possible or refund you the full value as well as both send and return shipping costs.
■ Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These are usually last pieces, slightly faulty or sample items that have been deeply discounted and we cannot accept their return. Their condition will be clearly stated in the item’s description in the shop as well as being marked as FINAL SALE. By purchasing these items you agree to this term.
■ If a package returns to us unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee for re-shipping. Please contact us for more information on the process in this case.
■ Exchanges are possible between sizes for the same design as long as availability allows.
■ Cancellations are accepted before an order is shipped in which case you will receive a full refund. After the order has shipped you will be charged both sending and returning costs to cancel. All of the above apply.
■ We ensure the careful and secure packaging of all items that leave our facilities. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend seeking possible insurance coverage from your local Postal services.
