By using our site & ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our’ refer to ALEXIA RAISI. With placing an order on alexiaraisi.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us.
The price applicable is that set at the moment on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are calculated and reviewed by the buyer before completing the purchase.
Credit card information is only submitted inside PayPal or Stripe’s secure environment and is never disclosed to us.
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
We reserve the right to change or terminate any aspect of our site and all included information without notice. Your continued use of our site or any of its services after any changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
Events outside ALEXIA RAISI’ s control shall be considered force majeure.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day your card issuer proceeds with the transaction.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs are not included in item prices as they are dependent on destination. All shipping and handling fees are calculated and presented to the buyer before final confirmation of the purchase.
We use PayPal & Stripe Payments who in turn accept all major credit cards.
You don’t need to have an account with PayPal or Stripe – you can check out as a guest where you submit your credit card information inside their secure environment just for the transaction at hand.
Please note that we do not receive any of your credit card information.
Please make sure that the payment can be completed within 2 days or the order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
All products remain the company’s property until full payment is made.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information you provide us with regarding an order, such as name, shipping address etc. – will only be used for the completion of this order. All electronic contact information (i.e. e-mail address) you submit as subscription to our newsletter will only be used for this purpose. You can opt-out from this list at any time using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails. E-mail or other contact information given during checkout may be used to contact you regarding any issues with your order.
